FAQ Frequently Asked Questions 1.What are your business hours? Regular business hours are 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. The shipping department is always available during these hours, and happy to make alternate arrangements when you need them. Our shop observes the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day after, and Christmas Day. Creative Laminating generally maintains regular business hours the day before a holiday. 2. How do I get to Creative Laminating? We are located at 32 Bland Street Emerson NJ 07630 in northern Bergen County, approximately 10 minutes off of Route 17 North. Google Maps 3. What are your minimum and maximum sheet sizes? Generally, for rigid film we can laminate a sheet from 2 x 3” to 28 x 40”, digital from 2 x 3” to 20 x 26”, and thin from 8-1/2 x 11” to 40 x 56”. We welcome the opportunity to consult on special projects, so call us at 1-800-FILM-LAM with even your most challenging requirements. 4. What about quantities? Creative Laminating’s production facility can handle short to long runs. Minimum for thin film is 500 pieces. For rigid film, there is a $50 minimum per order. Exceptions can be made, so please call to discuss the specifics of your particular project. 5. What is your turnaround time? When do you need it? Most jobs can be turned around very quickly. We will work with your schedule to make sure your needs are met. Our dedicated staff is pleased to handle regular or rush job requirements. 6. Help! I need a test sample to show my client. No problem — just send us some test sheets and we’ll have your complimentary samples ready within 24 hours. Don’t have a particular project in mind right now? Creative Laminating’s credit policy is C.O.D. for your first order. You are then welcome to submit a completed credit application for review and confirmation of credit terms. 8. What methods of payment do you accept? Creative Laminating accepts personal, business, or cashier’s checks. At this time, we do not accept credit cards.
